The curtains are finally raised and all eyes rest on the stage while Sony officially announces it’s much rumored and awaited Playstation 4.
Sony made sure that this was not just a publicity gimmick anymore and that the new PS4 would be out till the holiday season of 2013.
It was however disheartening for the community and the enthusiasts as Sony did not show any photos of the much awaited device in those 2 hours.So well, we still dont know how it looks like.
However the device specifications are as follows :
The console uses an eight core, x86-64 AMD Jaguar CPU with 8GB of GDDR5 unified high-speed memory, and a “highly advanced” PC GPU with “remarkable longterm potential.”
Also PS4 users would now be able to stream live games from their consoles to any PS1,PS2 or PS3 with the Playstation cloud support.
