Gionee Mobiles the Chinese mobile manufacturer with increasing popularity at an exponential rate has launched their new flagship smartphone Gionee Elife E7 in India on December 25, 2013. We were present at the launch event and to be honest, this was one of the craziest launch I personally have ever been to. The complete Budh International Circuit was involved for a phone launch and above that there was some international announcements as well.
Along with the launch of Elife E7, Gionee also unveiled the Elife E7 mini globally at the event which a different set of specifications as compared to Elife E7.

Gionee Elife E7 packs powerful set of hardware and has made it available for the public at a reasonable price point. The Gionee Elife E7 packs Snapdragon 800 chipset with 5.5-inch full HD IPS display. It has been claimed as the best Android camera smartphone with 16MP rear camera and 8MP front facing camera. It runs on Android 4.2 JellyBean and comes in two memory variants – 16GB with 2GB RAM and 32GB with 3GB RAM. Detailed specifications of both the newly launched handsets are listed as below:

Pricing and Availability
Gionee Elife E7 will be available in black, white, blue, pink, green, yellow and orange color options and it is priced at 26,999 for the 2 GB RAM variant and 29,999 for the 3GB RAM variant. On the other hand, Gionee Elife E7 Mini will be available in Blue and Pink colors and it is priced at Rs 18,999. Both the handsets would go on sale by January 2014 in India.
