We’ve heard rumors saying that February 9 would be the date for the availbility of the Droid 4, since Verizon releases its devices on Thursdays, and Feb was already expected. Now we have a screenshot of Verizon’s equipment guide, and according to that, it will launch this month, but instead of Feb 9, it is said to come out February 10th.
Motorola Droid 4 has a 4-inch, qHD display with a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, and 16GB of onboard memory. Additionally, the 8 megapixel camera can shoot 1080p HD video.
