We have heard about Nokia venturing the tablet market with a Windows 8 tablet and some rumors even stated that the Finnish giants will bring a tablet in June but that is just a false rumor since it needs Windows 8 to be launched. Now some new reliable sources say that Nokia will eventually bring a Windows 8 tablet in Q4.
Reportedly Nokia will launch a 10-inch Windows 8 tablet powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 chipset in Q4 and it has apparently outsourced the production to Compal Electronics with the first batch of shipments to top 200,000 units.
Android OEMs have been trying hard to break through in the tablet space and with the latest iPad overcoming expectations and if this news turns out true of Nokia venturing the tablet space then it will certainly spice things up and we are sure to see some cut throat competition in the iPad dominated Tablet market.
