The Galaxy S III has been high on rumors and also on hype. We once came accross a user agent profile which claimed that the device would feature a display with 1024 x 600 resolution and now rumors hint that it might well have a 1080p display panel which will make it the first smartphone to feature a full HD display.
The full specs as rumored by BGR:
- 1.5GHz quad-core Samsung Exynos processor
- 4.8-inch “full HD” 1080p resolution with 16:9 aspect ratio display
- A 2-megapixel front-facing camera and an 8-megapixel rear camera
- Ceramic case
- 4G LTE
- Android 4.0
Now if this very well turns out to be true it will even put the tag of Retina Display to shame. The rumor lists a Exynos Quad-Core chipset which is pretty much expected but we know Exynos has to be the one to beat so we can expect it to have some huge beastly power, the rumor also lists a ceramic case. We don’t really know its benefits so can’t really comment. The flagship is expected to be unveiled sometime around next month or so.
