The new generation iPad, iPad 3 or iPad HD as some reports claim it to be is just a day away from its launch and now we are again hearing rumors saying Apple is purchasing 7.1″ display panels for a smaller iPad, iPad Mini.
The rumors say that Apple will bring an iPad Mini to compete against the likes of Kindle Fire which has had almost six million sales in Q4 last year. We are not quite sure of this since there’s no need for Apple to bring a 7.1″ iPad to the market as its iPad has been dominating tablet sales worldwide and if those rumored specs of the iPad 3/iPad HD come true, then you can be sure that Apple will continue leading the market.
