If you thought there was nothing more to Apple TV, here’s a refreshing and interesting new news for you folks. The (in)famous developer Steve Troughton-Smith, along with a fellow coder TheMudKip managed to run iOS Apps at full 720p resolution.

The images (9to5Mac) show iPad apps running on Apple TV, which is in itself a great deal beacause iPad’s own resolution is 1024×768.

The original idea of the port was to run multiple applications of Apple TV side by side, which they managed to achieve, but along with that they progressed to port iPad applications to it as well, making room for endless possibilities.
