News: Lenovo planning to bring a Windows 8 tablet first to the market Windows 8 Tablet Microsoft Lenovo Intel

Ever since Microsoft introduced its Windows 8 platform which is also designed to run on tablets, there has been much talks of Windows 8 tablets and we know that manufacturers will be hard at work to bring their Windows 8 running tablets to the market once Windows 8 releases but it seems Lenovo plans to steal some thunder away from other makers.

Some reports suggest that Lenovo has been working hard and is planning to bring its Windows 8 running tablet first to the market, and it believes that the much anticipated OS will be releasing in October. We don’t have any further details on what the tablet would be like apart from the fact that it’ll be running on Intel chipset.

Others too will be working hard to bring a Windows 8 running tablet to the market and we recently heard Nokia’s head of design, Marko Ahtisaari revealing that he is spending one third of his time developing a tablet. These events make us expect exciting times ahead in the tablet space.
