After much speculation, Google Podcast App finally make its way to the Andoird Play Store. The new Podcast App by Google is powered by AI and offers a recommendation as per your taste. The AI learns with your behavior and provides personalized feeds to discover and listen. The app has been launched in 47 languages globally.
Google Podcast App is integrated with the Google Assistant so it can work with the Google Home. With this, the podcast is synced over all the place and you can listen to any podcast from where you left.
Google has also promised to integrate the Google Podcast App with other Google Services to offer more valuable and easy to access service. Users who are hosting the podcast will get several features like indexing all the Podcast as quickly as possible, to generate a Direct Link to the podcast, to download the Google Podcasts brand assets for sharing on your website and to track analytics that comes from Google Podcasts.
Apart from the search, Google also has planned to bring features like Google Translate, automatic subtitling, subtitles in a wide variety of languages and speech-to-text technology in the future updates. As for now, the Google Podcast App is only available for Android but Google would possibly launch for iOS too. The app is available on the Android Play Store but you can also download it from here.
