While the OnePlus 7/7T Android 11 update is in progress, only two OnePlus smartphones – the 8 and 8T – have received their stable version so far. Last week the company confirmed that other older and budget devices such as OnePlus Nord will soon be updated to the latest version of OxygenOS, and they seem to keep their word. OnePlus has finally released the beta version of OxygenOS 11 for the OnePlus Nord, which brings almost all the new features of the new Oxygen OS to the OnePlus Nord.
With the latest version of OxygenOS, the OnePlus Nord is updated with a series of visual enhancements across the entire operating system and some accessibility improvements including the goodies brought by Android 11 are also included.

- Upgrade to Android 11
- The new visual design of the user interface offers you a more comfortable experience thanks to various detail optimizations
- Optimization of the stability of certain third-party applications and improvement of the user interface.
- Environmental display
- A new addition is the Insight clock style, made in collaboration with the Parsons School of Design. It changes according to the phone’s usage data ( Settings > Settings > Clock Style).
- Added the Canvas function that allows you to draw a wireframe image of your phone’s locked screen image automatically (Settings > Customization > Wallpaper > Canvas | Choose photo preview and it can be generated automatically).
- 10 new clock styles have been added ( To install: Settings > Customization > Clock Style).
- Dark mode
- A shortcut key has been added in dark mode, tap the shortcut key to activate it.
- Supports the automatic activation function and adjusts the time schedule: Settings – Display – Dark mode – Turn on Automatically – Automatic sunset to sunrise activation / Custom time range
- Tray
- New design of the shelf surface.
- Added a weather widget makes the animation effect
- Gallery
- Supporting Story function, automatically form weekly videos with photos and video in storage
- Optimize the loading speed of the gallery, and the image preview is faster
