Nikon Z7 is the superior of the two, however, both are the first Full Frame Mirrorless Cameras from the house of Nikon. Nikon Z6 and Z7 look almost similar in terms of design so it is hard to differentiate between the two based on looks. Z7 features a top-notch 45.7 Megapixel sensor while its smaller sibling Z6 has a 24.5 Megapixel sensor. Z7 has 493 focus points and an ISO range of 64-25600 while on the other hand Z6 has 273 focus points with an ISO range of 100-51200. The new Mirrorless camera offers an all-new Z-mount but one can still use their regular F-mount lenses by simply employing an adapter.
Both cameras feature an in-body 5-Axis Image Stabilization that results in fewer jitters while capturing shots or videos. Both offer an Hybrid-AutoFocus system which helps in taking super crisp shots in every situation. Nikon has constructed a weather sealed design for the two cameras to make them sturdy. There is a 3.69 million-dot OLED electronic viewfinder with 100% frame coverage on Z6 and Z7. For amazing visibility, a 3.2(inch) 2.1 million-dot tilting touchscreen LCD with 170-degree viewing angle is provided. For connectivity options, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are inbuilt for media sharing. Both cameras can record 4K footage up to 30fps and 1080P videos up to 120fps.
