US President Barack Obama is one world leader that successfully managed to use the web and social media to accomplish his political goals, and he’s now added Pintetest to his social media portfolio.
Obama’s new Pinterest account includes boards like “Obama inspired recipes”. “pet lovers for Obama” and “ObamArt”. Just like the rest of Obama’s social media accounts, this one isn’t run by the President himself, but rather his “Obama for America” campaign team. After joining Instagram, this is the second major high profile social media network the campaigned has joined this year.
