If conquering the virtual world of Facebook wasn’t enough, the Zynga games will be seen in real life too. Recently Hasbro signed an agreement to start a line of Zynga branded toys based on games like FramVille, with the hope to make profits on the growing desires of consumers to “surround themselves with gaming brands they love”.
This agreement links together Hasbro and Zynga which might result into creating games as realistic as possible- image MonopolyVille which is about pushing your neighbors into poverty. The possibilities are endless. Some of these may include action figures and other toys. It will however be interesting to see how Hasbro turns social games into offline versions of themselves. We will all be waiting eagerly for them!
