Few weeks ago OnePlus introduced the community build system for its devices to get feedback from its users and implement any required changes in their final builds. And now OnePlus has released an updated version of the OxygenOS 3.5.1 community build for the OnePlus 3. For such a small version bump (3.5.0 to 3.5.1), this update actually packs quite a few improvements. Unfortunately Android Pay and the system UI tuner are still unusable; however, we are happy that the dark mode is finally back. Many users at the OnePlus Forums’ 3.5.1 thread reported that if you dirty flash (flashing a ROM without wiping) from last week’s build to 3.5.1, you may lose your home screen setup. In addition, some audio issues from the previous build have also been fixed.
This new version includes:
Accent color added
Battery icon customization added
LED customization added (Display)
sRGBmode added (Display > Screen mode)
Night mode added
Dark mode theme optimized
General bug fixes
