Well if you thought what Google would bring at the I/O conference, now you can be pretty much sure that the long rumored Google Nexus tablet will be making it along with Jelly Bean. The folks at Gizmodo Australia have got hands on a leaked internal document which reveals all the details one would want to know of Google’s tablet which will be called Nexus 7.
The leak lists the tablet to have a 7-inch IPS panel of 1280 x 800 resloutionwith an impressive viewing angle of 178 degrees. It will use a 1.3GHz nVidia Tegra 3 quad-core processor, a GeForce 12-core GPU, 1 GB of RAM, a front facing camera. It will also feature an NFC chip and Google Wallet.
It will come in two storage capacity options, 8GB and 16GB priced at $199 and $249 respectively. reportedly it will offer 9 hours of battery life and will come with Android jelly Bean which will be 4.1 not 5.0 making us believe it’ll just be a minor update to Ice Cream Sandwich.
The tablet has been long rumored to be built by Asus and it could be the same Eee Pad Memo 370T which was unveiled at CES and had almost the same specs.
