Last month we came across a leaked Verizon handset named LG Cayman which again made its way in the Verizon leaked roadmap and it reports said that the carrier was planning to was planning to release the phone on March 29. And a few weeks ago, we came across the renders of the device and the name LG Lucid and late last week, we even came to know the details of the specs of the device. Now, Verizon was officially announced the device and is slated to arrive on 29th March.

The LTE supported smartphone features a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 1 GB of RAM, 4-inch WVGA display, and 1080p-capable five-megapixel main camera. All this at a very budget friendly price of $80 on a two year contract which makes it a very cool offer indeed. The handset comes with Gingerbread at the moment but Verizon promises an upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwich soon.
