Oplus has launched the XonPhone 5 smartphone in India at Rs. 7,999 and is exclusively launched on Snapdeal with 3 colours options i.e Grey, Gold and Silver.The XonPhone 5 sports a 5-inch HD display with 180 degree viewing angle and is powered by a MediaTek 6582 quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex A7 processor with 1 GB of RAM and an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and a 2 MP Front Camera. It comes with 16GB inbuilt storage, and can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. The back of the phone is said to resemble the Galaxy S5, and has a similar faux leather pattern.
Ealier this month many new Asian brands like Xiaomi and Obi Mobiles have made a debut in Indian market so it’s going to be a very tough environment for the new brand. But Xonphone 5 is a smartphone that is heavy on specifications and light on price so it will be giving very tough competition to other smartphones like Xolo Q1011, Moto E and Lava iris X1.
