WD introduces SE line of hard drives for scale-out data-center market

A dual processor is used to enhance the performance considerably.
Rotary Acceleration Feed Forward (RAFF™) technology is used which enhances and monitors the drive with the help of electronics and also corrects both linear and rotational vibration in real time.
Positional accuracy over the data track(s) is improved with the help of Dual actuator technology.
It is built to deliver consistent level of performance with accurate tracking during read and write operations.
There is a multi-axis shock sensor used in the hard drive. This sensor detects the subtlest shock and immediately protects the data.
