Toshiba its yet to announce its 7.7-inch tablet but it has been revealed here at the MWC thanks to NVIDIA’s booth were the tablet was put on display. The tablet looks very similar to the Excite X10 10.1-inch tablet by Toshiba. The folks at MobileBurn got a close look of the tablet which has a 1280 x 800 pixel, 7.7-inch AMOLED display that is extremely bright and vibrant with great viewing angles and is powered by the Quad-Core Tegra 3 chipset and NVIDIA had put the tablet on display in its booth to show off the gaming capabilities of their Tegra 3 SoC and ironically the tablet was having slight noticeable hiccups while gameplay although it was said that the Ice Cream Sandwich build running on the device isn’t the final build.

The tablet is still unannounced so we don’t know all the details but we could see it was very thin like the X10. The back has a textured finish that helps grpping the tablet when you are gaming hard.  There’s also a slot for microSD cards but we still don’t know its internal storage. The tablet also has a micro-USB and port along the side of the tablet,  specs are still unknown. It’s clearly got front and rear cameras, but we don’t yet know their resolutions.

We’ll wait for the official announcement by Toshiba and hopefully they will fine tune the software to make it smooth. We’ll bring you all the details of the specs once it goes official.
