We saw the Acer A510 tablet at the CES in NVidia’s booth, but the device wasn’t announced yet. Now the tablet has finally been announced at a pre-CeBIT event in Germany. It’s being released in Europe in April at a price of €500, meaning roughly $650.

The tablet is a 10.1-inch tablet and is powered by the 1.3 GHz NVidia Tegra 3 quad-core processor and reportedly packs 1GB of RAM and comes in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB internal storage versions. Ports include a microSD card slot, a mini-USB port, and a mini-HDMI port. A 3G model will also be available, which will be the Iconia Tab A511.

We all know that Asus announced its 7-inch Tegra 3 MeMo 370T for only $250, so Acer might have a very tough competition ahead.
