I guess company’s are looking on a way to exploit any sector possible. Considering the parents hesitation in handling their child costly iPad’s to play with, Archos unveiled its Child Pad which may be the cheapest tablet yet running on Ice-Cream Sandwich.
The Specs of the tablet include a 7″ display , 1GHz processor , 1GB of RAM and a very astonishing low cost of $129. The pad is expected to be available following the end of this month . There is no word yet on what will be the storage featured in the device or any external card slot but there are rumors of the display being a capacitive one having a 1024×600 resolution , a custom skin and some pre-loaded games for the purpose its meant to serve.
