Samsung recently launched its entire portfolio of new Bada 2.0 based Wave phones in India. Now the mid-range Wave M has become available for purchase priced at Rs. 12,500 and is also retailing at Rs.11,900 at online retailer Letsbuy.com

Samsung Wave M features a 3.65″ HVGA(320×480) display powered by a 832 MHz processor, 5 MP auto focus camera with LED flash, front facing VGA camera, built in storage of 150 MB expandable through a microSD card(it comes with a 2GB card out of the box) and has a 1500 mAh battery rated to deliver 6 hours and 30 minutes of talktime and 480 hours of standby time. Samsung has covered the connectivity well for a mid range phone with HSDPA 7.2 Mbps, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS with A-GPS support, stereo FM with RDS, Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP and microUSB 2.0.

Samsung Wave M runs on the company’s own Bada OS running the familiar TouchWiz UI on top and it comes bundled with Samsung ChatON instant messaging service, push email and an image editor. The device also features impressive sounding DNSE(Digital Natural Sound Engine) audio.
