HTC has announced the Titan II which is the first LTE Windows Phone to make its way in the US. We already reported a HTC device would come with the LTE at the CES. Although most of the specs are similar to that of the Titan which was released in earlier months but the most remarkable difference is that the Titan II features an amazing 16 MP camera, the first on a Windows Phone. The huge camera sensor is accompanied by features aimed at photographers, such as panorama and burst modes, and image stabilization, although it’s not clear if this will be the optical or digital variety.
The Titan 2 has the same 4.7″ LCD as its predecessor, which is as large as it gets. The chipset inside this one is Qualcomm Snapdragon S2, featuring a 1.5GHz Scorpion CPU and there’s LTE connectivity on-board. The Titan II sounds seems like quite an impressive device and it might prove a hit for the HTC and AT&T.
