Microsoft has added a new AI Powered Visual Search for Bing. The Visual Search bar tool works on the visual technology which is integrated with Bing. This attempt by Microsoft is similar to the Google lens we’ve seen for the AI Powered Android devices. Similar to Google Lens, this will allow the users to search any captured image by camera through Bing.
To use this features, you can simply take a photo using one of the camera apps, or upload a picture from your camera roll. Bing will identify the object in question and give you more information by providing additional links to explore.
Additionally, users can also shop from that image too. Just, Upload a picture into the app’s search box, and Bing will return visually-similar jackets, prices, and details for where to purchase. whether its a smartphone, home furnishing, grocery, fashion products and much more.
Right now the update is only available for US region. The Visual Search for Bing is available Bing App for both iOS and Android platform. The feature is also available on the Microsoft launcher too. Microsoft is planning to roll out this first on Microsoft Edge Android and then later to iOS.
