Google Measure

Google Measure App which was launched in 2016 got a major update. Now the app supports all ARCore devices available in the market. Google Measure App helps you to measure the dimensions of regular things which you’ve done with the help of a measuring tape or ruler.

The App can easily measure the width, height or length of any physical objects like a book, box, table, cabinet and much more. The app takes the help of camera and AR service and takes the accurate measure.

For taking any measure, move your camera to find a flat surface for references like tabletop or floor. Now drag the height or length tool and adjust it to the right position. Rest of work is done by the app itself and at the end, you’ll get the desired dimensions. Users can measure, save or even convert the dimension in different metrics from the Google Measure App.

Earlier the Google Measure App has restricted to limited devices but the new update it open for all the devices which supports ARCore.

The Google Measure App is available on Android Play Store but you can also download it from here. Do note that the app is only compatible with limited devices.
